Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or hand-painted products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment authorization failure
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error from our side.
