  • Customized, made-to-order, or hand-painted products may require additional processing time depending on the craftsmanship involved.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/message with tracking details.


Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery timeline:
    • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
    • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for selected countries.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance processes.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Transportation strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier service issues

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest possible.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product for verification.

Claims made after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
